2.High Quality Raw Material
we use #304 stainless steel for most of the parts (including the stick, tube, small half ball, arm, decorative ball, blade,reinforcement plate, bearing sleeve), which has strong corrosion resistance,solder joint strong fastness and surface luster .
We use #420 stainless steel for the bearings,which has more strong corrosion resistance, lower resistance, better power operation and longer service cycle.
The kinetic sculptures can be customized color,and we only use high quality car paint,which has perfect color and durability.

First we will cut the plate to several parts with CNC,smith each part to right shape as the model,next,we weld them together and polish them. For each step, we will carry out quality inspection,we won't proceed to the next step until passing the quality inspection.

We can provide installation drawings or videos, telephone or video instructions, and even send technical workers on-site to guide installation.So you don't have to worry about installation at all.

Packaging & Shipping
6. Strong Packing
Our packaging has at least three layers.First, we wrap the sculpture with plastic thin film to keep the surface bright and clean.Then we wrap it with bubbled plastic film which acts as a buffer and a protection.
At last,our professional packing masters will fix the wooden frame according to the shape of the sculpture.
Finally,we make wooden box for the sculpture. For large size sculpture,we use steel crate inside and wooden box outside.

Ordinary custom sculpture production takes about 30 to 40 days. If it is a large sculpture or a sculpture with complex processes, it will take about 50 to 60 days.
Q5:How long will it take for me to receive the goods after placing the order?
It takes about 20 to 25 days to complete shipping and arrive in your city.
